The phrase “self-fulfilling prophecy,” no doubt, came into popular use after scores of people observed that whatever they thought about the most had a high likelihood of manifesting. While it is great to know that when we give a lot of energy to focusing on our goals and dreams manifesting, it is also crucial that we understand that negative thoughts manifest as easily as positive thoughts.
By keeping your attitudes positively directed, it becomes easier to succeed. Positive thinking will help you to heal your body, to become more successful in business, to find love, to improve your relationships, and to promote and enhance your spirituality. Positive energy instantly goes to work to fuel all your endeavors, goals, and dreams.

Holidays evoke a wide host of emotions. A holiday that might be eagerly anticipated by some, is often a source of emotional pain to others. Valentine’s Day is an example of such a holiday.
Valentine’s Day’s, long-standing commercial nature has made it hard to ignore its existence. Anyone recovering from a break-up, divorce, or grieving the loss of a loved one, will likely be eager to cross February 14th off their calendar. Alas, instead of being a day to look forward to, Valentine’s Day can be a stinging reminder of disappointments, betrayals, unrequited love, and loneliness.

Scores of books and articles have been written on the benefits of physical relaxation. There are many things that you can do to prompt your body to relax, including spending time outside in nature.
As you visit or imagine a natural scene, physical relaxation immediately results. The longer time spent in nature, or in imagining yourself in nature, the more stress you release from your mind and body, and the more deeply relaxed you become. As your mind and body relax, it is easier for your heart to function. Relaxation also improves the function of all your organs and your entire digestive track. Relaxation helps your immune system, respiratory system, central and sympathetic nervous systems, and all other systems of your body to come into balance and to ideally function.

In times of quiet contemplation, during times of deep suffering, and also simply when I ask inside myself during periods of self-hypnosis for deeper wisdom, I receive messages that are deeply soothing and that help me to obtain a higher level of consciousness. You too, can easily take some quite time to relax your body and mind, and to breathe yourself into a state of restful calm. Once you are in a relaxed state, you can imagine that you are mentally accessing series of doorways that lead you to answers, insight, and wisdom that will benefit you.
I frequently enter into self-hypnosis for many purposes, as well as just to relax deeply and to connect to my own inner wisdom. So can you. It is easy, and you can do it without a rule book.
