Practice Makes Perfect

If you have hesitated to advertise your hypnosis practice because you feel you haven't had enough "hands-on" training, this program will enable you to get the practice you've been waiting for. During this program you will actually get to practice at least four of the topics listed below with another classroom participant. Exactly what you get to practice will depend, somewhat, on what your needs and your practice partners' needs are. Our faculty will endeavor to select practice partner who want to practice and receive similar therapies.

Each time you practice, you will practice with a different participant. You will, likewise, have four different topics practiced with you as the participant. You will be provided scripts for each topic that you can use during your practice sessions, or you can work from your own scripts ,or without the use of scripts at all! There will be plenty of opportunity for you to practice the induction and dialoguing techniques that you saw demonstrated at advanced hypnosis classes. We will review the fundamentals of dialoguing with clients in trance as a refresher.

Each student will practice:

  • Explaining hypnosis and conducting a client intake interview;
  • Three different induction techniques;
  • Three different deepening techniques, after a review session.

Student practice topics and faculty review sessions:
  • Parts therapy to overcome illness, self-destruction, and addictions will be reviewed by the instructor and practiced by students.
  • Higher-self hypnotherapy for determining the cause of illness, additions, phobias, negative patterns, and other limiting conditions will be reviewed by instructor and practiced by students.
  • Simple NLP techniques for overcoming phobias, ill health conditions, and addiction will be reviewed by instructor and practiced by students.
  • Hypnosis for memory & learning, creative arts, health, and/or stress reduction.

PLEASE register early so we can send you the practice scripts in advance. The more you read the material before class, the more comfortable you will be performing the sessions. It's a matter of both safety and comfort that you review the materials before class! NOTE: You must have attended a Basic Hypnotherapy Certification class prior to attending.
