    A lack of self love is pervasive. It’s often the root cause of so many other problems that is disguised in many other ways such as being overweight, smoking or bad relationships. When we can learn to love ourselves unconditionally these other things fall away. Self love can start just by telling ourselves so. Or by taking loving actions.
